  • You agree to respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner
  • You are solely responsible for the services you provide to customers

Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors registered on our platform agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information about their services
  • Maintain appropriate licenses and permits required for their services
  • Respond to customer enquiries professionally and promptly
  • Deliver services as described and agreed upon with customers
  • Handle customer complaints and disputes fairly

Lead Credits and Payments

For vendors using our lead credit system:

  • Lead credits are non-refundable once purchased
  • Credits are deducted when you accept a lead/enquiry
  • Unused credits do not expire unless your account is terminated
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time with prior notice

Prohibited Activities

Users of our platform agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
